Posted May 19th, 2009Congratulations to our 7th grade Sioux who graduated on Monday. We are very proud of them and wish them well as they move on to High school.
Tuesday, May 19 is the 4th grade Authors’ Day at 1 p.m. in St. Ursula Hall
Early Childhood Closing Programs are on Wednesday, May 20 in the auditorium. 8:30 a.m. will be T2 and T3; 9:30 a.m. will be Pre-K; 10:30 a.m. will be Kindergarten. This is the last day of school for the early childhood division, and there will be no aftercare.
On Thursday, May 21, Mrs. Fuller’s 3rd grade play will be at 10:30 a.m. and Mrs. Vignes play will be at 1:30 p.m. 1st and 2nd grade portfolios will be presented at 1:30 p.m.
Friday, May 22 is the last day of school for 1st – 6th grades. Mass and end-of-the-year awards will be at 8:30 a.m. Dismissal is at 10:00 a.m. with NO AFTERCARE.
We pray that all of our families have a safe and wonderful summer, filled with relaxation and fun. Report cards, reading lists, supply lists and uniform information will be mailed home on June 5.
Terra Nova test scores, book bills, calendar and directory will be mailed home in July.
Summer office hours will be Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Elementary School office will be closed June 29 – July 3 and July 27 – 31.
Next school year, Schiro’s will once again be our uniform distributor, but we will also use the online company, Cloz. The high school used them last year and will also continue with them. Cloz will be here at Ursuline on May 28 and 29 for uniform fittings from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on the 28th and 9 a.m – 2 p.m. on the 29th. Catalogs will be going home.
