Alumnae Update

Hope you’re all well.  A few updates & reminders…

SANTA’S WORKSHOP
Join us this coming Sunday, Dec. 6 from 10:30 a.m. – 1 p.m for SANTA’S WORKSHOP, hosted by the Ursuline Alumnae Association!  Please CLICK HERE for details, to view photos from previous years, as well as the invitation!  And for all you Saints fans who may be anxious about missing the first hour of the game, no need to worry.  A television will be set up in Mrs. Nolan’s classroom (room 109) located in senior lobby!!  Geaux Saints!

CAROLYN MARIE BROCKLAND, OSU

SCIENCE FAIR JUDGING
On January 20, 2010 the high school science fair will be held and the Science Department has invited alumnae to participate as judges!  They are looking for alumnae with a variety of scientific or technical backgrounds such as:  medicine and health, engineering, psychology, physics, math and plant sciences.   Working professionals, professors, graduate students and college seniors or juniors are welcomed.  The judging will take place in St. Ursula’s Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Please contact Erin Plauche’ as soon as possible if you are available at eplauche@ursulineneworleans.org.

HOMECOMING PHOTOS
Alumnae reunited on Sunday, Nov. 8 for Homecoming!  The celebration began with Mass in the Shrine followed by a jazz brunch in the courtyard with music by Abiea. 2009 Distinguished Alumna, Laurelee Roger Toscano ’60, was honored, as well as all classes celebrating a five year anniversary in 2009!  To view and/or purchase photos taken by photographer, Kym Marullo, you may CLICK HERE and follow the directions below:
