The tennis team played Wednesday, April 18 against Dominican.  Before the match, senior Abbey Dixon was honored for her three years on the team. She received flowers from Mr. Gabriel and Ms. Kane.  Although the team lost against Dominican, all of the girls played very well.

A couple of weeks ago the team played Sacred Heart. Some of the matches were not completed due to weather. However, Lauren Barre and Tiffany Nguyen won their first set, Lauren Bagneris and Kasii Mimms won their first set. Abbey Dixon and Arielle Sims won their match against Sacred Heart, Gabby Leonovicz won her singles match, and Gabby Mortillaro and Gabby Mendy won their match after a very exciting third set tie breaker.

Eight girls from the team left on Sunday, April 21,  to compete in the Regional Tennis Tournament in Houma.
