Overview

The Ursuline Elementary School Counseling department has a full-time counselor for students in grades Toddler 2 through seventh grade.  Our counselor is available daily to help students through individual or group counseling. Class sessions covering anger management, communication skills ,and peer and family relationships, as well as other personal topics are also available. The counselor is also involved in our Character Education Program, which chooses a character trait every month for students to focus on in order to enhance individual and social development.  A study skills course for middle school students is taught throughout the year. Other academic support services like grade-monitoring, study groups, peer tutoring and testing programs are also provided.
