Benoit '13 Continues to Launch Local Softballs Into Orbit

Ursuline Academy Athletics continues to have a successful spring season. Sophomore Kailyn Benoit ‘13 recently took sole possession of the Single Season Homerun Record for Ursuline Softball. During the past week, Benoit ‘13 hit two additional homeruns expanding her record-setting performance to seven (7) homeruns. With a lot of softball left to play, the sophomore has the double-digit mark in site.

• Wednesday – Varsity @ Harvey Playground vs. Aacdemy of Our Lady 4:00pm

• Thursday – Softball @ Lakeshorte High School 4:00pm

Ursuline Golf

• Thursday – Match at Lakewood versus Newman  4:00pm

Ursuline Track and Field

• Thursday – Chalmette Meet at Chalmette High School

Ursuline Tennis

• Wednesday – UNO Tennis Complex vs. Mount Carmel 4:00pm

Karrington Knight, 5th grade, competed in the following Jr. Golf tournaments this summer and placed in the top 3 spots for each.  She was recognized as one of the up and coming female Jr. golfers to watch for over the next several years.  Contratulations KK!
